The 5 star hotel in Qatar is looking for a new General Manager.
The General Manager will be responsible for the day to day operation of the hotel, monitoring and reporting on performance, and managing staff. The general manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, promoting the hotel’s image, and overseeing day-to-day operations.
- Manage all aspects of the hotel’s operations including revenue, costs, staffing levels, budgeting, food and beverage services and inventory control.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the hotel
- Promote the hotel’s image through promotional materials
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the hotel: accounting, human resources, safety & security
- Monitor compliance with laws and regulations
- At least 5 years experience as general manager of a 5 star hotel
- A University Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification
